ZoeBelle Cosgrove is an emerging Irish composer and orchestrator, drawn to crafting scores that enhance storytelling across film, television, video games, theatre, and the concert stage.
Composing credits include short films Cabbage (Writer/Director, Emily Godson) which will screen at the Chicago Irish Film Festival 2026 and Magpie (Writer/Director, Amber McGrath) Best Film Award winner at the 2024 Dublin University Film Festival. This year ZoeBelle will collaborate on several new film projects with emerging composers and directors.
In 2025, ZoeBelle was awarded a First Class Honours Diploma in Scoring for Film, Television, and Interactive Media, from Windmill Lane Studios in association with Pulse College, where she received industry-focused training across screen-based projects. She also holds an Honours degree in Music, with a minor in Italian, from Trinity College Dublin.
Alongside her studies, ZoeBelle has assisted award-winning composers Eimear Noone and Craig Stuart Garfinkle, gaining hands-on experience in professional, collaborative scoring environments. Credits include serving as Assistant Music Editor on the Irish IFTA Winning feature film Bàite and as a composer intern on the video game Vampire: The Masquerade – Bloodlines 2, gaining experience across both linear and interactive media.
Zoebelle is currently based in Chicago, Illinois, where she is completing a Master’s degree in Music Composition for the Screen at Columbia College Chicago under the guidance of composer and Course Director Kubilay Üner. In 2025 this course was recognized by The Hollywood Reporter as the Top Film Scoring Programme in the world.
